All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. All costs for any transfer are paid in advance.

8.How do I find out the fare ?

Fares vary based on distance and times. To determine your fare, type in the pick-up and drop-off information on the reservation form. The quote will pop up. You are under no obligation to make a reservation, however.

9.How do I change my reservations ?

10.How do I get a receipt for my reservation ?

Receipts are automatically sent the next business day following your completed trip. IFor any questions about receipts or need a new receipt, you can also call 314-359-1343 and ask to speak with a representative.

11.How much is a transfer fare from St Louis Airport to downtown?

Fares are calculated based on distance and time. However they usually start from $55. 00 and up.

12.Are there hourly minimums for booking transportation? What are they?

Yes. There is a minimum of 2 hours for our hourly chauffeur services. Call if you need more details.

13.How do I get from the St Louis Airport to downtown?

If you are going to any of the downtown hotels,the best way is to hire an airport car service that will take you there in a smooth and affordable way

14.Are there any taxes ?

The state of Missouri does not apply taxes on services such as ours.

​15.Is gratuity included in the fare ?

No it is not included and we do not require you to give gratuity. However if you want to give your chauffeur gratuity you are welcome to do so.Tips can be added to your bill or given directly to your driver.

​16.How many bags can you accommodate in your vehicles? Is there a weight or size limit on bags?

For sedans there is a maximum of three bags and five bags for suvs. Bags should not not exceed 50 lbs.

​17. How is my trip fare calculated ?

For hourly services charges begin at the scheduled pick up time or when the passenger get in to the vehicle, whichever comes first. Additional time (over the minimum required 2 hours) is billed in 15-minute increments at the stated hourly rate.

​18.Can I ask the driver to make multiple stops? Do you I get charged per stop?

For hourly chauffeur service, there is no additional fees for multiple stops, but if your booked service expires, then there will be additional charges. Additional time is charged $15.00 per 15-minute increment.

19. Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?

It is illegal to smoke in a commercial vehicle and is not allowed in our vehicles. Please be are aware of this policy. Smoking in the vehicle will result in a minimum, mandatory $200 cleaning fee. In case of violation of this policy our chauffeur reserves the right to immediately terminate the trip. The passengers will be fully charged.

20.Do I get charged if I make a mess on the vehicle during the trip?

Yes. You are responsible for keeping the vehicle clean during your transfer.
There will be a cleaning fee of up to $250 for trash, debris or spills left in the vehicle. Additional fees could be assessed to correct damages and sanitation standards. Any physical damage done by the passenger(s) will result in an additional assessment for repair, replacement, parts and labor.

21.Can I pay cash for my trip?

Chauffeurs are not allowed to collect any cash payments.
All payments must be charged to the credit/debit card on file after the transportation is complete.

22.What is your cancellation and change policy?

Airport transfers may be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled pick up time. For all other services up to 24 hours.

23.How do I make a reservation for a round trip transportation service ?

If you are booking transportation for a round trip airport transportation, book the departure section first. You will then be given the option of booking service for your return trip.
